Pulitoto Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Guidelines

Welcome to pulitoto, an online gaming platform officially operated under the brand name pulitoto (hereinafter referred to as "pulitoto", "we", "the platform", or "the company"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of all services, games, promotions, and other features provided through pulitoto.fun and all its subdomains.

• Not transferring or lending your account to any other party.

Account balances on the pulitoto platform are platform credits usable for games and other in-platform activities. Balances cannot be transferred between accounts and hold no monetary value outside the platform unless a valid withdrawal process has been completed.

Pulitoto supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. Available methods include FPX (direct bank transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your account within minutes after a successful transaction.
• Any issues with a pending deposit must be reported to customer support within 24 hours with valid proof of transaction.
• Pulitoto does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 for fully verified accounts.
• Withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your last deposit as an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) security measure.
• Pulitoto reserves the right to request additional documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawals pending for more than 24 hours after approval must be reported to customer support.

Pulitoto offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings from those bonuses can be withdrawn.

General terms applicable to all pulitoto bonuses:

Pulitoto's maximum liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
